The Tango is new to the range, NBY watches.  Like the other watches in the NBY range, the Tendence collection refers to and mimic technical instruments found in aircraft.  The Tango carries on the strong philosophy and design features of NBY watches.  The Tango is an ingenious design and functional watch - expressed in the detail below.  The Tango compliments the Charlie, Delta and Tendence models buy adding a GMT watch to the range.  The tango represents the Artificial Horizon in an aircraft - one of the most important instruments used and always in the pilot's primary vision - less important instruments are in periphery vision. The GMT function is not a hand as in most GMT watches, but it a complete rotating disc which is flush against the rest of the dial.  This disk rotates once a day indicating the desired second time zone with the subtle black arrow pointer.   This disc can be used for two indications.  Using the crown in the date correction position, the disc can be set to a second time zone and works independently of the main hands, so does not always remain on GMT time.  In effect, it can be set and re set to any time zone around the world.  Secondly, if the GMT and the current time are synchronised, it can be used as a as day and night indicator - another important function whilst traveling across time zones or calculating flight plans. If the hour hand is over the luminous side of the disk, it is daytime and on the black side of the disk it is night time. The luminous side of the disk is highly luminous and is coated in superluminova.  The date at the 6 position.  The case is solid stainless steel with steel screw on back which contains picture of jet aircraft breaking the sound barrier.  The case is brushed steel giving a mat effect, with a polished back.  It has a screw down crown and is water resistant to 10 bar, which is approximately 100 metres.  It has a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, super luminova luminous system and a 21 jewel Swiss made ETA 2893-2A automatic GMT movement with a 42 hour power reserve.  The leather strap version comes with a spare rubber strap, ultra lightweight blue aluminum strap changing tool, with two spare spring bars, instruction booklet/guarantee card, attractive curved box and outer box. Also available on steel bracelet as pictured in the Charlie Original below. Dimensions are width is 42 mm excluding the crown, 46 mm including the crown, 48 mm lug to lug, 14 mm thick.
