The Tendence is new to the range, NBY watches.  The Tendence collection refer to and mimic technical instruments found in aircraft.  The features on the watches are genuine working features which emulate the cockpit functions, but do not carry out the same function - impossible to do in the small wristwatch case.  For aircraft and wristwatch enthusiasts though, the functions add a very unique looking and attractive novelty to the everyday wristwatch, which in itself is an reflection on the enthusiasms, interests or even the desired aspirations of the person who wears the watch.  Like the other NBY watches, the Tendence collection carry on the strong philosophy of NBY.  This too is a bold, beautiful and extraordinary design, absolutely stunning, clean fresh and bright automatic chronograph.  It is bold and brash using daring characters and colours, but something that is appealing attractive and striking.  The watch is very masculine in design and stature.  It has character and demonstrates innovation by the maker as well as the wearer of such a watch.  The design is that of an aircraft instrument, adapted to a wristwatch, where there are very large and bold numerals and hands in luminous colour with blue sweep second hand and seconds markings.  The Tendence indicator is on the left of the dial and is supposed it indicate the aircraft tendence - the indicator to the pilot to remain within given parameters in order to avoid spinning.  On the watch the tendence indicator is viewed as a wheel beneath the dial viewed through an aperture similar to a date wheel.  Every hour a green sector field passes through the aperture, which is marked from zero to +30° and zero to -30°   Mat black dial.  Day and date at the 3 position in an elongated and unique looking window.  The case is solid stainless steel with steel screw on back which contains picture of jet aircraft breaking the sound barrier.  The case is brushed steel giving a mat effect, with a polished back.  It has a screw down crown and is water resistant to 10 bar, which is approximately 100 metres.  It has a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, super luminova luminous system and a 25 jewel Swiss made ETA 2824-2 automatic movement.  The leather strap version comes with a spare rubber strap, ultra lightweight blue aluminum strap changing tool, with two spare spring bars, instruction booklet/guarantee card, attractive curved box and outer box. Also available on steel bracelet as pictured in the Charlie Original below. Dimensions are width is 40 mm excluding the crown, 44 mm including the crown, 46.5 mm lug to lug, 10.5 mm thick.
