Brand new and unused, stylish looking and contemporary looking Aviation wristwatch. The watch takes its design inspiration from a cockpit clock. One glance at cockpit instruments and it is clearly visible that this watch looks identical to a cockpit clock. With this in mind, it also has a military style bearing since a lot of cockpit clocks of this design are in military aircraft. It has got a Miyota quartz powered movement making it an accurate and durable watch. The case is made from stainless steel which has a brushed finish to it. It has got a screw case top with four visible screws. The lugs have got fixed bars rather than spring bars which can be removed as they have got 1.3 mm allen key fittings. The crown is screwed down and has a knurled finish for easy grip. The dial is mat black with sharply contrasting white dial markings and hands, The main numbers are large and highly legible, The hands are large and broad to assist with the legibility. It has got a discreet date placed at the 4 position. It has got a military style broad arrow logo at the upper centre part of the dial. Has a hardened mineral crystal. The watch comes on a military nato webbing strap which feeds through the lugs. Whilst it is brand new and unused with stickers in the case back, there are no box or papers with the watch. Brand new and unused Citizen Military Eco Drive wristwatch. This model is the Eco Drive quartz and is made from stainless steel. It is designed like a typical military watch with black dial, bold numerals inverted triangle at the 12 position and clearly legible central second hand, which in this case is a red hand which contrasts nicely against the rest of the watch. The case is stainless steel and it comes on a military style canvas strap. It is water resistant to 100 metres and is a nice looking, all round practical an utility type watch that can be used for all occasion, As it is an Eco Drive watch which does not need a battery so is environmentally friendly. This is the model referred to as the EcoZilla due to its size. It is a large and substantial watch, which is a heavy build and arguably one of Citizens best made watches. It looks and feels completely bullet proof and is a true no gimmicks professional instrument watch. The watch is designed for diving in deep water under low light conditions using mixed gas. It has a very sturdy and substantial 360 degree uni directional ratcheted rotating bezel which bold numerals for easy legibility and ridged for easy gripping. The watch has got a 6 mm thick anti reflective crystal which is recessed to about 1 mm below the bezel line so it does not get marked. The thick bezel along with the engine turned screw down crown and screw on case back allow the watch to be water resistant to 300 metres. A lot of Seiko’s are made in all parts of the Far East, but this one along with the most desirable Seiko’s are made in Japan. All plastic seals are still in tact and have been un removed. The watch has got a internal rotating compass ring, which needs to be turned manually when using the sun to navigate. It is rotated by using the crown at the 9 position. It also has a sixty minute uni direction rotating bezel which is ratcheted. The model reference is SKZ211J1 has a Seiko Calibre 7S36 automatic movement. Classic styling, solid and chunky watch built to the usual reliable Japanese standards. Clean looking face with large hour markers and thick hands for maximum under water visibility, also with bright luminosity. Brand new and unused, fully boxed and papered Mido Ocean Star Datoday officially certified Swiss chronometer. This is a very retro looking watch with a style that has come straight out of the 1950’s. it is absolutely superb in design, crafted to very high standards, with stunning all round good looks, so you get the classic watch which is built to modern standards and has not suffered the mistreatment that the original would have endured over the years. The watch is round with the integrated mesh bracelet. It has a brushed radial pattern silver dial with silver and black applied baton markings and hands, with luminous discreet markings. Day and date in English at the 3 position. Has Mido signed winding crown and Mido signed bracelet. The bracelet is easy to adjust with a lot of spare room for the largest of wrists. Ulysse Nardin is a company steeped in history and have been exemplary in their technological innovations since their formation, buy the founder, Ulysse Nardin in Switzerland in 1846. The have won no fewer than 4,300 awards, among which are 18 highly coveted gold medals. The have long been associated with nautical timekeeping, astronomical positioning and calculating, as well as precision timekeeping. This is a Marine Chronometer, which is a stunning looking watch and the flagship product in the UN range of watches. The movement is an officially rated Swiss Chronometer. It is a UN caliber 11 ½ " UN-26 automatic movement. It has a power reserve indicator in the top part of the dial and subsidiary seconds in the lower part of the dial. The subsidiary second sub dial is very large for accurate time reading. It has a sapphire crystal and screw down crown with a water resistance of 200 metres. It is a polished stainless steel case with silver dial an blue applied numerals and large blue hands. The date window is in the sub seconds dial and is magnified with a lens underneath the crystal. The words 1846 are in bold red print, denoting the year of establishment of the company. The watch is four years old, and is in excellent but used condition. They have a reputation for manufacturing high quality products. They are also known for having just a few products in the product line up, and focusing on creating a beautiful and brilliant watch, where a lot is invested in the development of the individual watch, rather than spending on a large product range. They are one of the few watch companies left in the world still creating their own in house movements.
