Chronomaster have been
authorised dealers for Ventura watches since 2003
Ventura are back in business.
There has been a three year absence from the market when the company was sold by
the founder, Pierre Nobs. The new owners did not show the energy and enthusiasm
for the brand and were eventually declared bankrupt. With the help of partners
and friends, Pierre Nobs was able to re-purchase the Ventura assets and to
re-organize under the newly founded Ventura Watch Ltd.
It has been just 14 years since the Ventura watch
brand’s arrival, still it has managed to earn a name in the watch market. It
has caught the discerning eyes of the jury at various chronograph competitions
and has been bestowed with numerous prizes in these countable years. The watch
company focuses solely on the timepieces it creates. It gets all the attention
from the designers and the craftsmen working in the Ventura watch manufacture.
Ventura watch brand never emphasises on opulence, rather it tries to create a
functional watch that will enable the wearer to keep pace with trends, with a
little bit of the Bauhaus school of thought going into the design where form
follows function. The atelier of the Ventura watches brand works diligently and
meticulously on every intricacy and each detail associated in the watch making
process. The designs of the timepieces retain authenticity because of the
assistance from the mammoth figures in the arenas of architecture and designing
like Hannes Wettstein and Adrian Frutiger
