Anonimo Firenze Dual Time

Anonimo was founded in Florence, Italy in 1997 by Florentine designer and businessman, Federico Massacesi.  His vision was to create a company specialising in the production of unique and high quality Italian watches and remaining true to Florentine watch making form and tradition.  That vision has catapulted Anonimo to become the most important Italian company making high quality, unique and stylish wristwatches.  This was success was perpetuated by Panerai, an existing Florentine company, being purchased by the Richemont Group.  After this acquisition, Panerai uprooted and left Florence leaving an elite and established team of veteran watchmakers wishing to continue their watch making tradition in Florence.  This wealth of expertise and skills of former Panerai staff joined forces with Federico to form the cornerstone on which Anonimo’s success has been built.  This one is the Firenze Dual Time watch.  The movement consists of two automatic movements, caliber ANONIMO 02.1 which is on based ETA 2678 7¾"; 25 jewels, soigné finish, adjusted 4 positions, 28.800 A/h (4 Hz.), Etachron balance. Power reserve 38 hours. The two movements are independent in function. The functions include a subdial for the local hour at h. 6: functions of hours, minutes, date window at h. 6, day window at h. 3. Subdial for the second hour or GMT at h. 12: functions of hours, minutes, date window at h. 12. The Dual Time functions are completely independent in hours, minutes including dates. The watch case is sand-blasted and satinated AISI316 Plus stainless steel. Diameter 43.40 mm. Screw locked bezel, screw locked exhibition back with sapphire crystal. Superior sapphire crystal.  Patented crown vanishing locking device (integrated with watch strap) protects both crowns at h. 6 and at h. 12.  The water resistance is 12 ATM. The dial is extra thick manufactured dial with hours indexes treated with luminous coating for superior day/night readability. Hours scale and hands of the sub dial at h. 6 are treated with Green Superluminova luminous coating. Hours scale, hands and plots of the sub dial at h. 12 are treated with White Superluminova luminous coating. Time-zones table conventionally indicated with the names of the representative cities of the corresponding time zone, with regard to the GMT time. “Plus/Minus” indication for the adjustment of the table for the use of the local hour.  Stainless steel external screws. “Obelisque” hands.  Comes on the original Anonimo bracelet with spare Anonimo original leather strap.  It comes with all boxes and papers.
