Heuer Bundeswehr Military Issued Flyback Chronograph

Heuer Bundeswehr 1150 SG military issue flyback chronograph manual winding flyback chronograph issued to the German elite military forces circa early 1970's. The 3H logo is used to denote the luminous content of the tritium, and the small T indicates that it is tritium. This is hand winding Valjoux calibre 230 and is one of the best designed Heuers ever made. The flyback function allows the chronograph hand to be instantly reset without stopping the chronograph. It has a large case and dial, with large numbers and chronograph sub registers for easy visibility - typical of a military watch. It has a bi directional non ratchet steel rotating bezel which also has large numbers and minute iterations. This watch was the inspiration for many modern military and aviation style watches. The case is brushed stainless steel, and the case back is polished stainless steel held down by four screws. Has some marks to the crystal, this can be easily replaced to make it look in better condition but it is best left as it is. It comes on a genuine military Bundesher strap
