Heuer Sport 1000

Good condition Heuer Sport 1000 complete with box and papers, dating to early to mid 1980’s. It appears to be sold in Japan as the paperwork is printed in Japanese text. It is a model reference 980.043. It was made as the entry level model in Heuer’s dive watch range. It was nicknamed the Economy due to is shallower depth rating of 30 metres, acrylic crystal, non screwed down crown and non ratcheted rotating bezel. As it was a cheaper model with lower specifications, they were usually well worn so very few are around today and therefore becoming quite collectible.
