Timex are having resurgence in sales in recent years since they are producing new watches with vintage designs from their archives. The MK1 Mechanical is part of this Timex Archive Project, which seeks to bring back important designs from the brand’s past. This one is a military inspired with green military style dial and military fabric strap giving the distinct feel of military fatigues. The Mk1 Mechanical isn’t so much vintage inspired, but it actually seems made very much like a vintage watch. It has a hand wound movement, has a field watch style dial design
